I have had successes in improving a client’s ability to adjust to life transitions resulting from divorce, widowhood, loss of job, retirement or change in career. I believe that by changing our thoughts, we can change our life. My theoretical approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a solution-focused approach. My counseling specialty is utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach to regain a healthy balance in life. I enjoy working with individuals, families, stepfamilies, and couples.
